Very simple and effective, get pvc about 5 inches in diameter (depending on the size of bottle you use). Cap in at one end using primer and pvc cement. Then drop a works bomb in the open end and point it in the direction you want to mess up. If you want to really screw somthing up, put a sac of BB's as shrapnel to fly out the open end.
