**************************************A review from Ms. Davita:The compilation entitled "Video Game Wizard: Remix Edition" is an anomaly to the eyes, ears, and mind. The viewer is shocked by the sound in the video's opening credits; Mr. Yellenik has cannibalized the opening from Sega to jar all who watch his work into other-consciousness. The viewer is given no time to recover from the initial shock and is immediately thrust into the strange world in which video game wizards can visit one's living room. Starring two of Mr. Yellenik's close friends in a stunning, albeit brief, performance, Yellenik also plays an integral role in the video's conflict. This is a story of man versus self. Two friends relax in their living room, when suddenly a video game wizard appears from nowhere (or is it Super Mario World?). One is reluctant to give in to this strange fantasy, inquiring "Who are you?" and "What are you doing in my living room?" The other eagerly welcomes the wizard, not questioning his appearance with a child-like faith. Is this wizard a Christ figure or a harbinger of their demise? We may never know, but the ominous ending leads one to believe that the wizard is not some external force, but something dark within each of us, something we must battle individually.**************************************Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
