Ram Sampath, a 32 year old music composer, has dragged director Rakesh Roshan, his musician brother Rajesh Roshan, their film company Filmkraft Productions Pvt Ltd, Super Cassettes Industries, Sony Ericsson and the ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi to the court, alleging that they have directly lifted 'his' music for their album Krazzy 4.He claims that the four tracks (the title track, 'Break Free', and their remix versions) have been lifted directly from his 'The Thump Is Here' jingle that he had created for Sony Ericsson mobile in 2007.

Apr 14, 2008 - FYI... Roshans did take the copyrights permission from Sony Ericssion.. but it was the them who didnt inform the music directorbtw where was the ram for all dis time... who comes up at the last minute with a notice for stealing the music.. pathetic

Apr 21, 2008 - Ram Sampath did the right thing, even though it is just the 30 seconds that was 'stolen' they should have given him credit, plagarism is wrong be it 30 seconds or 3 hours ( like the movie Partner copied from Hitch) ... Way to go Ram. You did the right thing.

Please make sure you catch him only in the beginning & not when he has one foot out of the door...poor thief afterall hes worked so hard & is just getting away !! secondly next time somebody wants to make out with your wife/gf , he should ask some third party & not your wife/gf or you....moron composer shd be asked not sony !! & even then why give ganjaa rajesh credits ?? passing of somebody elses work for yours is cheating.
