just s hort video walk around of us and our smoker getting ready to cook. the rig has a 500 gal smoker tank , 4 2foot by 4 foot slide out stainless cook trays inside it . Vulcan industrial propane oven. $ burner propane range top . 8 x 2 feet of stainless steel prep table area. Hydraulic lift roof with roll out canopy. Stainless steel double sink with propane hot water heater and 30 gal holding tank with 45 psi on demand water pump , detachable turkey fryer , cd stereo , 8 110 volt outlets , variable speed draft fan plumbed into the stack along with one more mounted just above the fold out doors for removing smoke and heat from under the canopy , along with a 100 lb propane pig to run all the LP accesories. soon to come is storage cabinets above the prep table area and a few other add ons.
