Kane may had surgery but that was a long time, Kane needs to do high reps like 15-25 reps and make it 3 sets. Kane needs to improve his conditioning old or not. Medium for muscles 8-12 reps. Heavy 1-5 reps for strenght. Kane needs to improve in a lot of things endurance, strenght, and muscle size if he wants to. WWE should release him before he gets worse.
