READ THE DESCRIPTION!What you see here are 2 F-18s engaging 2 Migs. The Reason the F-18 pilot shot a sidewinder at the Mig..and then shot a sparrow is due to the pilot not seeing the smoke trail from the first missile, thinking it was a defected missile, The pilot then fired the Sparrow radar guided missile..and this is what it resulted in.Story behind the video- Iv been looking for this footage for quite a long time and im finally happy i can share it with you guys...my step dad was stationed on the USS Saratoga during the gulf war and was friends with the pilots who engaged and shot down the 2 migs..he said after they landed he got to see the footage.
