This is showing the cell that I built and one that I bought, installed on my truck. I have been logging my gas mileage for the last 4 months. My average MPG has been between 22 and 24 MPG. I am currently running the first tank of gas with the cells installed. I will update when I get actual data. This video has a part 2.

Jul 25, 2008 - your Positive wire should be bigger at least 8 or 4 awg to withstand the power consumed from both units be careful the wire will burn with your 65 amp fuse .

Jul 25, 2008 - It may be difficult to see, but I do have 8 awg wire going from the battery back to the terminal strip. It then reduces size going to the relays. I thought about going with 4 awg, but the max through the cells should be 50 amps, since I have a 25 amp fuse just before each cell.
