My subway arrives - maybe it was actually the last train of the evening. I am not sure, but very late - Toronto is terrible for public transit as the subway stops running before 2:00, but the bars have last call at 2am. All there is after that is buses that follow the subway route and it is slow and unpleasant.I think that is most of the politicians that crow about how great the TTC is actually had to get home beyond the downtown area after hours they might change their tune.I have had a couple of parking tickets for being in the TTC parking lot overnight - but what am I supposed to do if I work overnight? The start writing tickets at 5am and I can't get on a subway to return home until 6am. The whole thing is geared to majority ridership, but it is meant to be public transit, ie: for the people. Some people work and live odd schedules...
