Oct 3, 2008 - A very simplified explanation, stare at your psi wheel for hours with your hand close to it. that's what you do with your body, now with your mind tell yourself what the psi wheel is doing right now is wrong and keep in mind that its supposed to move. don't be picky, just moving in any way is good for starters. If you do this for three hours straight every day for a week you'll definetly get telekinesis.P.S you might think this training is extreme, but its 'TELEKINESIS'!!!!!!
