1980s Hindi Commercial - Vicco Turmeric Cream (VHS Quality). The bride in this commercial is Sohni or Soni. She was in the 1986 Rishi Kapoor movie Ek Chadar Maili Si. The movie also had Hemma Malini. I saw her featured in other movies but can't recall them. I am not 100% certain about her name - I've seen her credited as Sohni or Soni on the internet.
