Oct 2, 2008 - Try plugging in to ur comp. Then open itunes (make sure its latest version) and clicking restore. If it doesnt work reply. Also what color is your background. If its Black or Red then everything is all right. If it is Yellow or Green You will have to return your itouch. Hope u bought warranty
