Jul 31, 2008 - I like the idea of it, very original though you may encounter a few problems, one of them being what happens if the computer restarts. I would suggest you use 3 things.1. My.Settings to check if the prank is set or not. Then hide the program based off of that.2. Global hotkeys to hide/unhide the application.3. Registry startup, you definitely wouldn't want to just add it to the startup folder.

Jul 31, 2008 - HeySo far I've able to enable stealth mode where you would set a pass code then it would show a lock icon. As you click on the icon it will goto a login form. Now the problem I'm having is writing to the resource file. Any ideas?

Oct 1, 2008 - you could put something on so that it opens like every program or opens a website. You could make it so it shuts the computer down or make it come up with a fake blue error screen like the windows blue screen of death. Hope this helps :-)
