DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 16, 2008 - You're comparing a demonstration in Japan to a riot in Lhasa. Do you see the error in that logic? Did Japanese protesters loot, burn and kill? Why aren't Japanese people protesting the killing of innocent civilians by Lhasa rioters? The protest was allowed. You saw the videos. But, rioters took it to another level and started killing innocent people. You speak of "background and suppression," can you cite one non-political case?
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - As for the basic consideration of Japanese, it is that I said.I protest that the killing of innocent civilians by Lhasa rioters. But, the cause that they are changed from the protest into the riot depends on gunfire by the police.I saw the news video from China, however, it only is reported one-sided.If it is in Japan or USA, the opinion on the riot side will be covered.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - "background"youtube → v=17DdYSwLH3A"suppression"It is one Japanese journalist's report. Please search "福島香織" Can you speak that the announcement of a Chinese government is all correct?
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - I saw the video and all I can say is: "What the f*ck?!"Do you realize you are presenting a manga comic as reality? It's a comic strip! Where are the facts? What planet do Japanese people live on?There are dozens of Youtube videos of Japanese people visiting Tibet. Can you do better?
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - Did you see the Lhasa riot videos? Did you see the size of some of those rioting "monks?" They were better fed than most Japanese men.Do they look like they're being oppressed? Some even speak better English than you do! How did that happen? Doesn't all this make you think?
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - Enough food? Higher education? It is freedom of religion that they requests. It is a defense of their identities.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - I thought that it was understood easily most. But it was a mistake to recommend that comic to you of 68 years old.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - In japan, The comic is the splendid culture that all over the world loves. It is more persuasive than the news report and the documentary at times.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - Go search for photos and videos of Tibet. Ordinary Tibetans are doing well. Do the rioters look hungry to you?BTW, did you notice that some of the "monks" are rioting in lama robes! Is that a sign of an oppressed identity? There are Japanese videos of normal Tibetans in cultural dress walking around. People are praying, going to work and going about life. Where is your evidence that this is untrue?
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - I looked for the video of Tibet before the Tibet riot. Some videos are records of sightseeing. Some videos are reports of the Tibet people suppression.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - Did you know that the Dalai Lama's parent's house is open for anyone to visit! How could you even claim that they're losing their identity?Higher education? Are you kidding me? Normal Tibetans never even went to school until now. Modern Tibet has thousands of tertiary institutions. Of course, most are not as good as Japanese universities, but it doesn't seem to have done your education any good.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - Is that your high school history book? Go look up WWII and tell me what it says.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - I appreciate that many Japanese people are into manga, but it's not a good substitute for facts and evidence. It seems that you can't differentiate real life from fiction. I wonder if you have a non-fiction section in the national library... I used to think Japanese people were generally smart... Maybe, you're an exception.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - Please wait. My Englsh was bad.It is not meaning that rioters look hungry. It is unrelated that their food and education are enough. It is a problem because suppression to the Tibet people is in the place in which it is not visible.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - Do you see anyone being beaten, tortured and oppressed? Only the Dalai Lama claims this. The media doesn't take Ahmadinejad's words at face value, yet it doesn't even question some of the DL's fantastic claims. Most of which are blatant, exaggerated, unverifiable lies.Tens of thousands of international tourists visit Tibet every year, even Japanese people. Where is the evidence?
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - There are dozens of videos from Dalai Lama cadres--mostly disingenuous trashy white hippies and aspiring film makers. Yet, none of them show a single shred of abuse. It's ironic that you see people freely going about life. It's even more ironic that hippies are free to roam around making videos. Think about that!
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - Comics is used as a book of reference at a lot of shools. Those genres are called a study comic. The student is learning reflection to the past and the oath of antiwar.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - There is a comic of nonfiction in Japan. And, a lot of Japanese can distinguish the fiction and nonfiction. It is different from the consideration of the comic that the American thinks about.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - I studied the International relation at the university. Especially,The major is China. I read a lot of books about China. Of course, these are not comics.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - At that time, I went to study abroad in Beijing in summer. I do not hate China though you might be surprised.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - The information about comics is interesting. But, can you understand that the link you posted can in no way be considered "evidence" of abuse? While in China, did you go to Tibet? I hate neither China, Japan nor Tibet. I'm just here to discuss and learn from everyone.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - That's right about I posted that.I correct.
DalaiLamaVideo Says:
May 17, 2008 - You're entitled to an opinion. As a courtesy, it would help if you could back it up with evidence.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 17, 2008 - OKSorry,I back to work. Please take a rest.
Hannibal20080704 Says:
May 16, 2008 - Therefore, if the citizens are killed by the army and the police in the country somewhere, the Japanese is angry. I do not complain about that Chainese goverment stoped crimes of looting, burning and killing.I am angry because of the cause of the riot, the background and suppression afterwards to civilian.
