Sep 27, 2008 - Salary? LOL!How about less than 10% of the national average for this type of work. PATHETIC!

Sep 28, 2008 - Yeah right! It takes a degree jobs dont fall behind national average, besides aeroplanes are used everyday i guess.

Sep 28, 2008 - I've asked people who work there doing certified Electronic Assembly II - all are making between $8.50 and $10 per hour - this is for people who have been working at this company for many years.Other local aerospace companies are starting(!) people at $15/hr. A lot of people have left Crane because of the low pay and are now happily working at these higher-paying companies. Sad, but true. Might not be Crane's national trend - but it is what it is here.
