i was feeling generous, so here's the next 1! lol, jkjk! :P-------[CHAPTER 9]Ashley and Joe arrived there and their mouths dropped open. Soon lots of people came to the place, and it became really crowded. Emma was lying on the floor with her knee bleeding, and Nick was next to her trying to help her. Her eyes were watering from the pain. She looked at Ashley, and she quickly ran and bent down next to her.Ashley: what happened?!Emma: (sobbing) I.. I felt down the steps..Ashley: (glares at Nick)what did you do?Nick: (scared) no- nothing.. we were running, and she suddenly felt down..Emma: (trying to get up) ugh! It hurts so much..Teacher: (arrives running and comes to them) Are you ok? Nick, help her and take her to the infirmary please.Nick: (smiles) yeah, of course.Ashley: (notices his smile) can I go with them?!Teacher: no. I think Nick can manage it by himself.Ashley: (under her breath) I don't think so..Nick helped Emma to stand up. He put his arm around her waist, and she put hers over his shoulder, and started walking towards the infirmary. During the way, Emma didn't say anything. The cut was so painful that she didn't want to talk. They were walking in silence, when suddenly Emma felt Nick's hand going down her waist to her bottom.Emma: you know? my butt doesn't hurt.Nick: are you sure?Emma: (takes off his hand) yeah. don't worry.Nick: (puts it back to her bottom) don't be shy. Are you sure you don't want to remember those days..?Emma: (takes it off, stops walking and looks at the floor) No. I don't want to remember anything..Nick: (faces her and puts his hands on her hips) why you want to forget it? Don't try to avoid it. We both know what happened. just admit it. (AN: you'll have 2 wait 2 know it! :D)Emma: (turns around) let's go to the infirmary. It hurts..They both got inside. Nick helped her to sit on a chair. The nurse came to them, and cleaned and disinfected her cut. The nurse told her not to move too much her leg, because the cut was quiet deep. She gave some pills, for the pain, and after a while she left. Nick and Emma stayed on the room alone.Nick: what hurts?Emma: (looks at him confused) huh?Nick: (bends down in front of her) is the cut or us which hurts you?Emma: (looks away) the cut..Nick: whatever. But just keep in mind that you'll have to admit it someday.Emma: I was just being silly!Nick: (lifts her face nearer his, and caress her cheek with his thumb) you know it was true..Emma: I.. I..She blushed, and kept staring deep into Nick's eyes, as they were getting closer. She was hypnotized by his brown, shiny eyes and his fleshy lips. They slowly closed their eyes, when someone wildly opened the door, and Emma pulled apart quickly.Joe: HEY!! WHAT'S UP!Nick: dude! Knock on the door the next time!Ashley: (comes running to Emma) oh my gosh! How're you?! What happened?! are you ok?! (glares at Nick) did you do something?Emma: (scared) re- relax.. everything's ok..Ashley: (hugs her tightly) I'm glad! I was SO worried!Joe: yeah. she started yelling at me, worried of leaving you alone with Nick.Nick: (sarcastic) thanks. (notices that Joe has a bruise) man ,what's that on your forehead?Joe: uh, that. We were playing, and a ball hit my head..Nick: (laughs) loser!Joe: not funny.Ashley: you should go and let the nurse heal it.Joe: no. I'm fine. I'm a man!Ashley: (rolls her eyes) whatever you say.Ashley helped Emma, and they all went to have launch. Joe and Nick didn't bother the girls too much. Emma's cut was really painful, and so was Joe's bruise. But he didn't want to recognize it. He just didn't move around too much. After lunch, and a couple of lessons, they all headed home, after such a painful day..----Ha! No cliffy! I'm not that bad.. am I? lol! But I've to say I loved leaving you hangin!! :D next1 will b more cliffy.. :P anyways.. There's one enigm! Lol! What's Emma and Nick's secret?
