It was a low visibility day at ulua. There was noticeable plankton in the water. Pretty heavy amount. This really cuts down in the vis, but greatly increases the chances for a manta. I told the dives to keep there eyes looking out into the ocean not just down at the reef. The manta came over the reef at about 20 ft. It kept circleing, feeding on the plankton.
