Since there are above 99 attributes of Allah reflecting His personality e.g. Raheem/Merciful, Wadood/Loving, As-Salam/Giver of Peace, Khaliq/The creator, Aziz/The Mighty, Hakeem/The Wise similarly The Book of Allah is given attributes revealing the qualities of the Book of Allah.
