Nov 19, 2008 - As Mr Park mentioned, the more you practice, the less effort, as your body learns to react to movement and judges how much is needed. In the beginning, the dodges are exaggerated to learn the movement, and probably feel awkward at first, but like a little kid catches a ball with both hands, the effort lessens until it's just one hand snatching the ball from the air. Strength and Honor,V.

Nov 19, 2008 - This is a great teq. if practiced enough. In fact if you have enough sensitivity skill as the opp pulls their arm back forcefully you can ride the arm back gaining power from their pullback for a strike as well. Thank you CN for continuing to educate the masses.

Nov 19, 2008 - hard hit. downt u think that you can "break" the "arm" with the first hit. (sry i downt know the right word) hinges,pivot,pin-joint,hinge,articulation.

Nov 19, 2008 - When you turn the arm and strike it, you will get only 2 results, a terrible hyper extention or a break.

Nov 19, 2008 - Ive noticed that most of these videos always strike at the neck, face, or the back of the arm to move the opponent or break/ w.e I was wondering, are there any effective techniques that involve kidney/ abdomal shots?(I have not seen all your videos, only about half.)
