The first capture of Peach giving birth. Not for the squeamish! This is seconds after the birth. We were worried as Peach ignored the fetus and did not break the sack. This would be fatal for a newborn puppy. To our relief, she started working her magic once we moved the sack a little closer to her

Nov 19, 2008 - I actually did help @ 2:26 when I felt like I needed to at least uncover the pup's face.
BowserNPeach Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - yeah, isnt that wild? that puppy is now freakishly large probably cause it got all the milk it wanted from the mom :)
ToffeeChips19 Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Yes, I seen later. But of course I was quick to comment. I was scared for the puppy. Because once they come out they need air!! It's good to know the pup is doing fine!

Nov 19, 2008 - LoL. I remember when my dog gave birth. She had 6 pups. 1 grey, 2 brown (and those three were boys), and 3 black which were girls. My sister and I had to help remove the sacs because they came out so quickly. One girl was bigger than all of them but that was bcuz she was closer to the top of the womb. But that is so cute!!

Nov 19, 2008 - I HOPE YOU STRUGGLE AS THAT DOG DID. i bet you come from an ASS back words country to let a dog get so visibly panicked like that not intercede video tape and chances are profit from the sale of the puppy leave it the latinos and latinas.

Nov 19, 2008 - wow wtf is ur problem... and the camera has nothing to do with the dog helping the puppies dumb@ss

Nov 19, 2008 - What's that Gewwy thing there?
mikenallise Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - It is evident that the people in the video do not know what they are doing which almost cost that puppy its life. The membrane needs to be removed from the pups face rather quickly. They should have acted a bit sooner to assist.

Nov 19, 2008 - did you boston tie with the male? I heard bostons dont tie.. Is this true? We are trying to breed our girl once and she wont tie.
BowserNPeach Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - I'm guessing tie is mate?If so yes once the girl is fertile (I think for Boston's typically it's only 2-3 days) she becomes more receptive. Ours was actually an accident! We wanted to wait for Peach's next heat. Oh well :)

Nov 19, 2008 - Hello its me again. When did your girl start to show? My baby girl doesnt act different now she would be about 30 days and she looks alittle bigger in her rib area. I am hoping she concieved.
BowserNPeach Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - We didn't know for sure until almost 40 days in! Even at that point we got an X-Ray to find out. From 40-60 that belly grows FAST.
angelschina Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Thanks! She is 32 days but is showing signs so we are getting an x ray done in about two weeks. =)

Nov 19, 2008 - you are so rude. It is nature. people like you I guess are so ignorant that you don't realize dogs have given birth for years and no problem. I think it is best to intervene only when mom isn't doing it herself. I guess you are the csection type that always messes with nature
mikenallise Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - I didn't say it was gross.

Nov 19, 2008 - I agree with Lacie Brook. My dog had puppies, and neglected to remove the sack. Therefore my uncle did it, and the dog wasnt fed by the mother, and as it got older it had troubles learning(peeing outside ect. ect. ect.) It eventually died of malnutrition due to the fact it was not fed by the mother.
