AU Lost music video. ***READ SUMMARY*** Sawyer & Kate are in a relationship. When Kate thinks she's pregnant, she discovers how Sawyer feels towards the idea of children. She is extremely upset by this when she actually DOES get pregnant, but intially decides to act normal and not tell Sawyer the news of her pregnancy while she decides what to do. After he leaves for work, she sits on it for another day before leaving by nightfall. Sawyer comes home to find Kate gone. She calls shortly after, telling him for the first time that she is pregnant. Sawyer doesn't know what to say, Kate hangs up the phone, upset. They then don't see each other for another couple of years.Two years later; Kate goes to see Sawyer. She tells him about their son, which Sawyer has never even seen. Kate assumes he lives alone in the house, but he tells her he has found someone else, Claire, and that they have a child together. Just as she's digesting the news, Claire walks into the room, confused by Kate's presence. Sawyer lies and says Kate is an old friend from out of town. Claire is ever so slightly wary of Kate still, but acts nice. She leaves Sawyer & Kate alone outside to catch up. Kate is hoping she and Sawyer can start again, that he can meet their son. Sawyer tells her he has his own life now, and that things could have been different, but Kate made her choice.Kate leaves the house, and goes home to see her son, unable to erase Sawyer from her mind.
