Salamat Ali Khan and Nazakat Ali Khan were the most famous classical singers of Pakistan in the post independence time. Jul 13, 2008 - Many corrections needed in the info though..like 1-They were Never Renowned as Ali brothers. always called them Nazakat Salamat. thats all.2-They were the 2nd best pair..after Amanat Fateh Ali. (will u call themm Ali brothers too? Amanat Ali and Fateh Ali)3-and later Salamat as a solo singer reached great heights.. Never. He never got popular in masses but to a very limited listeners in Pak or you can say he din get what he deserved. Thanx for rememberance though. Its a gem.Dr.Bukhari
