Aug 14, 2008 - Remember this was right after 9/11 when the entire country loved, or at least liked, George Bush. Really the biggest failure of his presidency, besides Katrina or the war, was that he had that ability to really unite this country and instead used all the nation's goodwill on tax cuts.
