Sep 3, 2008 - you need to be a little more patient. assuming youre eating correctly just keep with the cardio. 100% stay away from sugar at all costs, not that anyone really needs to tell you that. Muscle is easier to build then fat is to burn, so just be patient.

Oct 1, 2008 - well here's what i've learnt:1. go three days a week (use rest days)2. make sure you sessions don't get repetitive, you're body will get used to the workout and you will plateau. so change the order in which you do exercises and add new lifts.3. always push yourself. but keep it safe.4. stick to 3 sets of 8-10 reps.5. eat wellif you're trying to gain muscle in a short time i guess eating more helps.

Jul 26, 2008 - i agree with you his veins do pop out too much and his muscles do increase all less than 6 months.......something had to be taken. Usually takes 3-4 months to loose all fat. but he might of been at 10%-12% at the time
