NOT MADE BY ME!!! I'm not usually one to upload other people's vids, but this one was so good I couldn't let the opportunity pass. Aug 22, 2008 - Figured it out. It's Tesla in the flashback part of the manga, not Turn Back the Pendulum though. Before he lost the eye, and while he still had somewhat long hair. His coat didn't have the hourglasses on it in the flashback.

I wanted to share this with people on YouTube because it was a great video.If this person had a YouTube account, I never would have uploaded it. But they don't. So, typically when editors from the org don't have a YouTube account, other people upload for them.
