Jas is a live singer and entertainer/DJ, a Punjabi Sikh originating from India who now resides in London. He runs and manages a live band/DJ entertainment company known as Jas Entertainments.A trained singer in Indian classical & Western styles who is still continuing to take vocal training and covers Bollywood/Hindi golden oldies and contemporary current up to date songs.In early 1998 Jas teamed up with Nisha, a dynamic and versatile singer also based in London.Audiences have compared Jas's unique voice,looks and singing style to that of the great Indian vocal maestro himself - Mohammed Rafi Saab.Jas is equally versatile singing in the style of other great vocal artistes such as Udit Narayan,Sonu Nigham, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh.Nisha is a dynamic and multi-talented artiste who started perfoming at the age of 6 and has undergone many years of Indian classical and western training - her singing has been compared to the great living legend Asha Bhosle and her range also extends to other great female vocalists such as Alka Yagnik and Sunidhi Chauhan. Jas & Nisha have been performing regularly at Hindu,Muslim & Sikh events in the UK and internationally - weddings,mendhis,valimas,clubs,restaurants and all other social/public functions.
