Cheers gets his 1st ever NADAC Elite Chances Q! The dew was still making me slip! This was Cheers' 18th attempt to get an Elite Chances Q. There is distance, direction chance, and discrimination between 2 obstacles (weave poles and tunnel). All under 40 seconds! Cheers showed he can do it!
